These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Om & Beyond Retreats, and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.

The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by Om & Beyond Retreats. By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

Deposits & Payments

Payments Directly Through Om & Beyond Retreats

For all our retreats, securing your booking requires a non-refundable deposit per person along with the submission of our online booking form. This deposit secures your spot on the retreat and covers non-refundable essentials, such as accommodation reservations.

Deposit and Full Payment Schedule
You may book a retreat with a deposit until 45 days before the retreat start date. Full payment is now due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. After this point, deposit options are no longer available.

Late Booking After the 30-Day Window
If you register after the 30-day mark before the retreat start date, a one-time full payment will be required upon booking.

Balance Payment
If you’ve paid a deposit prior to the 30-day deadline, your remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your retreat begins. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your spot without refund.

Cancellation of Booking
If the final balance is not received by the due date, Om & Beyond Retreats reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.

All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable.

Payment Methods
Deposits and full payments can be made with all major credit cards.

Pricing & Currency Policy:

  • GBP prices reflect today’s exchange rate (CHF–GBP at 0.93), plus a 2% exchange handling charge.

  • GBP tier prices range between 95%–96.9% of the CHF equivalent due to rounding and exchange rate fluctuations. This ensures clarity while allowing room for currency shifts between now and the retreat date.

Payment programs are available in 2-6 monthly installments.

  • The longer the instalment plan, the higher the applied interest to cover transfer and admin fees:

    • 6-month plan = up to 4% interest

    • 4-month plan = up to 2% interest

    • 2-month plan = up to 1% interest

  • Interest is kept as low as possible.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

  • Written Notice Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) and will only be considered valid once acknowledged by Om & Beyond Retreats in writing (via email).

  • All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable.This policy helps sustain the quality and viability of our retreats, as many expenses are incurred in advance to secure locations, accommodations, and services.

We encourage our clients to thoughtfully consider their plans and commitments before booking. Our team is committed to providing a transformative retreat experience and is here to address any questions you may have regarding our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY OM & BEYOND RETREATS

Om & Beyond Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason, but will not cancel a retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside m & Beyond Retreats's control. When a retreat is canceled by m & Beyond Retreats before the agreed date of departure, the Client can either:

  • Transfer their deposit to another retreat taking place within one calendar year, or

  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.

Om & Beyond Retreats is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or rail tickets.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE

Om & Beyond Retreats recommends Clients obtain travel medical insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses, including but not limited to, helicopter evacuation, air ambulance, and repatriation.

It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience occurring during travel.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

The Client must be in possession of a valid passport (valid for at least six months past return date), all visas, permits, certificates, and insurance policies required for the entire journey. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining all necessary documents prior to departure.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients acknowledge that travel can present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges beyond those encountered in daily life. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and fitness for the retreat.

SUPPLIERS & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Some services provided by Om & Beyond Retreats may be arranged through independent suppliers. While we strive to select reputable partners, Om & Beyond Retreats is not responsible for the performance of third-party services.

SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT

Clients must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by Om & Beyond Retreats and its guides. Any Client who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the environment may be removed from the retreat without a refund.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Some retreats may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Om & Beyond Retreats of any relevant health issues in advance.

PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND CONTENT CREATION

By attending a retreat, Clients grant Om & Beyond Retreats permission to use any photos or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

RETREAT ITINERARY CHANGES

Om & Beyond Retreats reserves the right to alter retreat itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather, safety concerns, or external conditions beyond our control.

LIABILITY

Om & Beyond Retreats is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by Clients due to unforeseen events, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Clients acknowledge the inherent risks involved in travel and adventure activities and assume full responsibility for their participation.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Om & Beyond Retreats reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before booking.
