Welcome to Sol Studio! An aesthetically beautiful, holistically safe space in Geneva. Sol is dedicated to creating a vibrant community + empowering individuals through movement. They offer a sanctuary where you can experience the transformative power of holistic wellness through movement and body therapies. They provide Sol Yoga + Sol Formers! Sol believes in the importance of nurturing both physical and mental well-being, providing a space where you can come to empower yourself and leave feeling rejuvenated.
MY SCHEDULE:
THURSDAYS: 6.15-7.15pm and 7.30-8.30pm: SEASONAL FLOW VINYASA
(immerse yourself in a dynamic practice where no 2 weeks are the same. each session explores themes inspired by life’s rhythms, seasonal shifts, or peak poses. guided by Sankalpa (a heart-based intention) you’ll move with purpose + mindfulness. perfect for yogis looking to embrace the unexpected + deepen their practice in unique + meaningful ways)
SUNDAYS: 5.00-6.00pm: YIN & FLOW
(end your week with a refreshing 60-minute Yin & Flow class. We start with a 30 minute gentle Vinyasa get the focus out of the mind + into the body, and then 30 minutes of soothing Yin-style stretches to help you unwind. Perfect to reset + recharge for the week ahead)
EVERYDAY STUDIO, PLAINPALAIS, GENEVA, SWITZERLAND
Welcome to Everyday - A yoga studio immersed within a plant shop, nestled within the Bohemian streets of Plainpalais. Ever heard that Ram Dass quote “When you go out into the woods, and you look at trees, you see all these different trees. And some of them are bent, and some of them are straight, and some of them are evergreens, and some of them are whatever. And you look at the tree and you allow it. You see why it is the way it is.” Thats the intention that goes behind our studio + our classes. Come as you are. We have everything sorted for you in a space filled with plants, flowers and good vibes.
MY SCHEDULE:
TUESDAYS: 7.15-8.30pm: YIN YOGA
(a soft and calm practice that invites contemplation + relaxation, and allows your to slow down + reconnect. take the time to focus on passive asana and deep fascia release for real physical, mental + spiritual relaxation)
WEDNESDAYS: 10.30-11.30am: GENTLE FLOW
(a gentle flow designed to cultivate mindfulness + rejuvenation. this class will guide you through a series of flowing postures to promote flexibility, balance + inner peace. suitable for all levels, each session emphasises breath awareness + a loving approach to movement)
WEDNESDAYS: 12.30-1.30pm: YOGA FUSION
(my signature style: a balanced, dynamic practice that builds flexibility, tones muscles + mind, and deepens your practice while also promoting minfulness + breath awareness. suitable for all levels but prepare to be challenged! yoga fusion blends different yoga influences to allow you to go deeper into your asana practice)
SUNDAYS: 6.30-8.00pm: YIN + NIDRA
(combining the restorative practice of Yin with the deeply relaxing journey of Nidra. Ideal for reducing stress + improving flexibility in both mind + body. this gentle practice is suitable for all levels + will allow you to release any tension from the week + calm in the mind.)
